GFSA demister vessels remove dry and liquid contaminants commonly found in gas vapour streams. Our demister vessels are designed taking account of operating pressures, temperatures, viscosities and liquid entrainment. Vessels are designed with an inlet diffuser, a vane or a Schoepentoeter™ type design which will act as an initial deflector and also strip out some gas. Vessels include a knock out section for the collection of fluids and the distance between the inlet nozzle and any process internals is carefully calculated to allow for disengagement.
GFSA can offer mesh pads, vane packs or cyclones that would further condition any entrained liquid droplets prior to the dry gas exiting the vessel.
